Dog's stool doesn't look right

Our big dog has been leaving stool that turns white and crumbes easily.
At first the stool looks fine but after only an hour it's white and dry//crumbly.

generally, when the stool turns white and crumbly like that it is a sign of a nutritional deficiency. What are you feeding???
