My hamster is bleeding from its butt. What could be worng

is it bleeding badly or it is yellow around the bottom....
it might be a bad case of wet tail. you should take it to the vet ASAP.

Is this a brand new hamster? If so it is probably wet tail like Roxy said. But if it is a hamster you had for awhile, it could be a tumor, I had a hamster once bleed in that area, and it was a tumor and she was chewing on it, causing it to bleed, in her case it was a fatty tumor and she was not suffering and she lived quite awhile w/it. And definetly call a vet.
