Yellow Eyes is on a distinguished road

Help! Bird sick

It's so strange. He can't stand up. Hes alert and looks around, but when you put him down, he flops on his head with his tail in the air almost in an L shape. I'm very concerned, and don't want him to die. What can I do? What is wrong?

You need to get him to an avian experienced veterinarian.
