My cat is really sick and doesn´t eat or drink for 3 days now

Hi,

I found this website while trying to find another vet to take my cat to.

My cat Einstein went to the vet thursday. I got home and he was convulsing. It came from his mouth a white/yellow liquid and blood. I run to the vet and they didn´t do alot. They said it was just an upset stomach gave him a shot and some food (he did eat it).

we got him home that night and he did get better i took him to the vet and they stay with him overnight. Today I went to the vet to pick him up. The blood work is good according to the doctor (I have the paper with me) and the vitals are good too. However, he doesn´t eat or drink and he is convulsing.

Can anybody help me? Or tell me a good place in the are of DFW, texas to take him?

Thank you

Thank you!

I went yesterday night to a 24 hours clinic that a friend told me and he is there now. I wasn´t able to see him suffering and not being able to do anything. He is getting fluids, x-rax, and today in the morning he had surgery. I hope he will be better now.

Thank you, everybody!

Einstein is really needing some positive thoughts. He was looking really better until monday morning. I had to move him from the nice (extra expensive) clinic where he was to a new place because the nice clinic is not open during the day... Yesterday night he was not very happy and the doctors there didn´t know alot about him (that made me and my partnerr really mad!!! We are paying a stupid amount of money).
This morning we call at 5am and they told us that he had convulsed again So we call the other nice doctor and she talked to them there! She was really nice and went to see him at this other clinic today and put him a feeding tube. Hopefully this time is going to be all good! And he will accept this food in his little belly...

I am going to him now...

Thank you again
