I'm no expert but I would check the temperature and try offering all different kinds of foods to see if you can motivate her to eat at least something. What is she currently being fed?
It would probably be a good idea to call your vet too and see what they suggest if you still can't get her to eat.

Could be a number of things...
Temp (like Steph said) is usually the first thing I'd check. It's usually the first thing to slow them down. Is there a good basking spot with the right temps?
Light, is he getting enough UV in the right spectrum?
Parasites, last time you had a fecal checked?
Diet, is he on the same diet all the time?
There are other things, but they involve a vet diagnosing them.

I am feeding her crickets, and once in a while wax worms.
She is always in her hotter part of the tank (usually 84-88 degrees).
I dont know what a spectrum is, but she gets about 9-12 hours of light per day.
She hasnt gotten a fecal check in a while.
And I'm still looking for a new vet, I cant and wont go back to the last one.

She could possibly be impacted. Do you have her on sand, crushed walnut shells, or anything digestable? I don't have any experience with geckos, but I know those ALL cause serious impaction in lizards. If she is on anything like that, get her off it straight away! Calcium sand and crushed walnut shells are especially bad.

I agree...she could be impacted.If she is,she needs a vet right away.
Temps for a leopard gecko should be 85-90 usually.Bob,leos don't need UV light.
She may be stressed for some reason too. When leos are stressed, they slow down and stop eating.
Offer her a pinky mouse or a butterworm/waxworm to see if she gets her appetite back.

I completely agree with the impaction bit. I would put him on paper towel. or newspaper immediately. and try to get him to a good vet. if it is impaction giving him a nice warm bath or giving him a bit of mineral oil can help pass it but that tends to only work in the earlier stages of impaction. Feel his belly to see if it feels hard or swollen.
