NEED HELP FAST! Something strange happened to my rat.

Something weird happened today. My rat started rolling over whenever I approached. Then, I looked closer and its right eye gone!

Ok so you're offline so I guess you don't think it's TOO urgent.

Is the rat with any other rats? Has it displayed any other symptoms? Have you called an E-vet?

newborn pup...1 post...i hope this person really wasnt just messing with us by coming on here saying that and not sticking around for what he asked for...help. Just seems like he would have come back on to let us know what happened ??? Or at least to see if someone replied to his post but.....nada. ???

Lets see if he shows up and gives us an update.
I hope if this is for real his rat is okay.

I am sorry for your loss.Next time tho, just rush into the vet.Something like that is serious and the rat would need vet care!

It is good to know of emergency vets who will look at rats and have their numbers written down, you know...just in case!

thats weird ..your post wasnt there when i left my previous post....i guess it had to be moderated seeing that your new.

im sorry about your ratty.
i agree with lisa..when an emergency happens one needs to get to a vet right away..soon as possible. All we can do here is give advice but nothing medically anyone but a vet can do.

Again, sorry to hear about your ratty.
