need help with pet mouse

i have 3 pet mice 2 which i had for close to 2 yrs now. my question is this i had all 3 in same cage all female and last night i noitced one was scratching herself and when i looked closer she had lost some fur on the side of her neck and it is rubbed so raw its unreal. i cant call the vet till tomorrow but is there anything i can do to help her? i did seperate her from the other 2.

just keep making sure she is eating and drinking, there is not much else you can do for now.
