I have alot of experience in this field. First of all I understand you trying to do the right thing, but milk for infants is not good at all for kittens, if you can go to a vet or pet store and buy kitten milk replacer (KMR, Nuturall-C, ect.) if you can not do this than try to get goat's milk it is healthier than human milk. You will also need a bottle, they sell those at most vet's and pet stores, if you can not get there try to use the smallest baby bottle, as the kitten will need the smallest nipple possible to start with, for now if you have a dropper in your house that would be okay too, just place a couple of drops of kitten formula or goat's milk on the kitten's mouth and let it take it that way. Do not force the kitten to eat, this will only allow fluid to settle in the lungs and can do more harm than good. You will also have to be prepared to feed the new kitten about 2-3 hours for the first 7-10 days, and if the kitten is doing well you can increase to 3-4 hours until the kitten is about 4 weeks old, when you can start the weaning process. Supplies you will need, a heating pad, this is to insure that the newborn stays warm, but keep it on the lowest setting possible, and place it under the box that the kitten is in, not in the box (as the kitten can get too warm), if you can place a wind up clock in the box, soft blankets (helps with the comforting). My husband and I have been bottle feeding several kitten litters over the past few months, and there is just so much to know..... If you want you can go to our Naples Friends of Animals group site and there I have a sheet that you can print out it is all about caring for a newborn puppy/kitten. LINK Also it is best to rub the gentile area of the kitten before and after each feeding, this helps him/her use the bathroom (this is very important)!!! It is alot of work to be the mommy of a newborn animal, but is a joy like no other. I see that you listed your email addie, so I will copy/paste this info and email it to you as well. Good Luck!!!!
