Bad news...the cancer spread and is a rare kind I don't know what it was called I was too upset to fully listen to the vet. He gave me so meds the will shrink the tumors for a while and prolonge her life up to 6 months or so but the side effect to the meds is kidney falure. She is on the meds anyway, and is doing really well...for now

I'm so sorry to hear that. I guess the best thing is to make the 6 months the best ever. I'm so sorry to hear the bad news. It must be devastating.

Sorry... I'm retarded.. I didn't realize that there was a second page... :hitself: I'm so sorry to hear about your rattie. I know how hard it is. I've gone through it so many times I can't count, and it never gets any easier. Maybe you'll get lucky and your baby will live longer than the vet expects.

I hope your rattie will be ok and so sorry to hear that she has cancer, as lilchris_28 said the vets could be wrong it possible that she may live longer that what they've expected. Cancer is a nasty thing for animals too contract, but some pull through im sure rattie will, miricles can happen.

Hope everything turns out ok.
