Puffed Chest

My budgie has a slightly puffed chest. What could this mean?

are the feathers puffed? if it is the feathers, it could be that he is cold. But also to be on the safe side, call the vet too.

He could have an infection in his crop area. Call your vet as soon as possible. I hope things are okay.

Eli asked what I was going to ask, are the feathers fluffed? Budgies do this when they are cold, sleeping, etc. But if you have never seen this before, like Millimi said, I would suggest maybe calling your vet to be on the safe side. I hope everything is ok with your little guy!
