We have a 1 year old female
syrian hamster who has always been very active and bright. This past week she has been very quiet and has lost weight. She also has had some bleeding from the her vagina. I took her to the vet Monday who said he thought she had a urniary tract infection and pescribed an antibiotic. However today we discoved she has symptoms of
wet tail. We once again visited the vet today and he gave her an injection and told us she was very poorly and to keep giving her the medication and he didn't think it was wet tail. Tonight she is really wet around the rear end and tail area with what appears to be diarrhoea and is so listless and not eating. We are so worried about her and would appreciate any help or advise anyone out there can give.
Many Thanks,
Robert
