It's been a while since I had a preggers
guinea pig, but you can definitely feel the babies kicking and stuff if she's far along. I'd assume you'd need to give her extra nutrients if she is... although, my pig's pregnancy was a surprise, so we didn't give her anything until we noticed the babies kicking. We thought she was just fat! *lol* poor piggy. When she had the babies, she pretty much took care of everything herself. We didn't do anything special for her except put her in her own cage with the babies. I'm not sure that's necessary though.
