thrush in dogs

I have a gut feeling that my dog has thrush. I've talked to my vet about her having a yeast problem. She keeps getting ulcers and redness in her mouth, swells up, has these stringy things starts hangin from her mouth. she hardly will drink or eat, she trys and cant' They tell me they don't know what it is.
I thinking its her teeth but i did get a look at her teeth and they look ok. vet said they are good except he had pulled a couple of them. but she'll get all infected, he puts her on meds and a couple weeks after it clears up its back again once the antibotics stop. she went almost a month with her mouth ok

well i think its thrush, yeast infection what ever its called.
how can you treat a dog for thrush?

not sure she'll eat yogart, she's so picky but I'm going to try and get some tomorrow. I was going to take her back to the vet. i've called and had her down there so many times it ain't funny and running up a bill I can't afford but she's my baby and I can't stand to see her keep suffering. I was thinking I'd have to put her down tomorrow cause her mouth isn't any better.

I think its baytril?? it seemed to clear it but better but back it all comes though after a week or so. she's been going through this since dec.

any suggestions I can tell the vet. he said he's never seen any
thing like it.
