Best food for your red tiger oscar??

What brand of pellets, etc is best for every day use to feed a red tail oscar?

I am personally a huge fan of New Life Spectrum pellet foods...in 40 years of fish-keeping, I have not found its equal in dry, pelleted foods. I would feed this as a staple, and supplement once or twice weekly with quality frozen foods.
