Introducing...
...my new Betta, Ahi! 
I went fish supply shopping earlier, and fell in love with several young male Bettas at the LPS. I decided I should really only bring one home. (Better not over-do-it, what with the betta fry and all.)
He's a red/white marbled split delta-tail with blue iredescence (although my digicam keeps making him look like he's got a green or teal iredescence. Oh well.)
As far as him being a delta tail...that's what I was told. We'll see when he's done growing. Either way, he's handsome and full of personality. A very fiery little fellow...thus the name "Ahi," which means "fire" in Hawai'ian.

There's one pet store nearby who gets in nearly show quality Bettas. They get veiltails, deltas, and crowntails so far. They're trying to find a supplier who will supply them with more variety. Not bad for a PS.
