Where to buy a stingray!

Anybody know where i can find a freshwater stingray and the best one to have!

well for starters I live in Ky! I really dont want one right now! Just need the contact info! I woud like to have a pond or something in that area! If i did have the pond does it need be crystal clear! Can u recomend how you would do a pond to suit the needs of a stingray! I would like all types of stingrays! can u give info on the ones u know or direct me in that way to find it! Thanks for your help!
