chicago-area cat in need of rescue

Hello,

Our elderly cat (19-ish years) needs to find a new home/shelter. She took very poorly to the arrival of our recently-born children and has been spraying quite a lot. She is in pretty good health for her age (mobile, non-senile, relatively active), I very much regret the necessity of doing this but it must be done, and soon.

Any help - shelter recommendations, anything - would be very appreciated.
