Chinny needs love

I have a male chin. He is 10 or 11 I think. He is a pink white and he needs a home. I'm in Ohio I will not ship him but I want him to go to an experienced chin owner. He loves to run. He has what looks like weepy eyes because a vet removed teeth from him yrs ago but he doesn't have teeth problems. He has no health problems that I know of and he has been here with me for about 8 months. He doesn't like to be held but loves to play and be talked to.

Will someone take him home and love him?

I still need a loving home for this little guy. He is not ever to be used for breeding and papers will need to be signed promising he won't be bred to anyone! I do not know his genetic back ground at all. The previous owners knew nothing either.
