Elderly dog needs new home in Riverside/San Bernardino county, CA

Hello all. My grandma has become ill and can no longer care for her elderly dog, Lady, a small/medium sized Chow mix. Lady is very sweet and gentle, and though she must take medicine everyday for incontinence and arthritis, she still very much enjoys life. I am unable to take Lady in because I already have two dogs of my own. If she cannot find a new home for her, my grandma plans to have Lady put down and I would hate to see that happen. Lady loves everyone and is very cute. I don't have any pictures at the moment but I can get some if anyone is interested. If anyone would be willing to give Lady a loving home for her final years, or knows of a rescue organization or somewhere where I can take her, I would be just delighted. Lady deserves some love for her last years. Thanks in advance.
