Napoleon is a Black Self (?) who is approximately a year and a few months of age. His owner is off at school, and they do not allow rats in the dormroom. Mom (Pamela) is fostering him until he finds the best possible home. She may be able to help transport if needed. They are located in East Liverpool, PA (OH-PA Border).
