Sheds make excellent art material for all kinds of projects. Either air-brushed or left natural and stitched together they could be used for high quality "wrapping paper" for special gifts - especially for people who appreciate reptilian motifs. Also, if you know any metal-smiths/jewelers, see if they want to use it to texture their metal. Put through a rolling mill with annealed sterling, copper, bronze, or brass, I think it would create excellent patterns. Even little pieces of it just by itself could be put on a backing and made into inserts that could be bezel set into earrings/etc. Also, I can think of a lot of projects that you could do using pieces of antler or bone in combination with the shed skins. The nice thing is that if you find the antlers or bones in the woods, you don't have to kill anything to make your animal art. Just get creative, I'm sure you can think of something.
