How to create more humidity in cages


:bfly: For snakes and other reps that need higher humidity only at certain times heres a easy way to help raise that... Use a wet towel, not dripping though and place it over one half of the cage this helps to create humidity durring shedding or when your cage or house does not have high enough humidity for your reps... Make sure to have large water dish also.. These pics will help to give you a idea of how to do so... I have the towel placed around the light but not touching it..

:cool: The towel also helps to keep heat in the cage when placed over the screen top on one end.. You can also do soak baths as well and also mist just durring shedding..
This one is placed on my plated lizards cage.. The light and the towel are both at the same end as his water tub..

Heres one for my African Fattail geckos cage, as they require higher humidity than the leopard geckos... sorry about the blurry pics... I will take more tomarrow... I will also do pics of how to supply heat a non expensive way...
