Any monitor fans here
Hey I'm a big monitor fan and I've noticed that not too many people here have monitors. I dont mean to offend anyone else here but are there any monitor owners on this site? I own a Black Roughneck monitor who is almost fully grown and He's awesome. Anyone else here just give me input, I'm feeling a bit lonely here hehe...here's a pic of Ted....

I have a savannah, and have kept Timors, Niles and black-throats in the past.

Thats awesome, i wanted a blackthroat so bad but the guy at the shop said the black roughneck was a subspecies of the blackthroat and i would be quite pleased with a BRN if i wanted a blackthroat. my friend has a savannah but he doesnt take care of it very well so she's dieing slowly. hows the savannah doing though, and what size tank you keep it in?

Roughnecks and blackthroats aren't closely related, but they both make pretty good choices for monitors that don't get way too big, and typically have pretty calm dispositions - unlike most Niles, which get huge and are often psycho.
I built Trinitron a 7'x4' cage out of plywood, with Plexiglas doors. She's pretty lazy, and spends most of her time basking or eating.
