She was mad at me the other day, cause I needed a sample from a reptilian cloaca for my microbiology class, so I took it from her... she was not happy about me probing her with a (sterile) cotton swab... lol.
That's my final project. 8) We have a sample from Cleo and a sample from one of my partner's chickens. We have isolated 4 different bacterias: 1 that we think is Salmonella (from Cleo), 1 that we think is E. coli (from the chicken) and 2 more that we have no idea... we have to do some reading on bird and reptilian intestinal bacteria....
