Here are my Leopard Geckos

This one is Ernie, he is the King! He's just huge, I need to update his weight but I know he's over 10 in. long. He is also the father of Gidget and Emma from last year's breeding.

This is Burton 'Burt' for short. He came from Kevin Hanley and during shipping he escaped from his deli cup. When I opened up the box I saw two females and an empty deli cup, I freaked out I searched all over that box and he was right next to my hand the entire time!!!
So I named him Burton after Lance Burton(magician) because I figured he pulled some kind of magic trick to get out of his deli cup!!!
He is also my favorite, so passive. He'll rid around on your shoulder and fall asleep if you leave him there long enough.

She is one of Ernie's daughter's she was the runt but now out weighs her sister.
She hatched June 3rd 2003.

Holy moly - 10 inches long ? I've only seen little geckos, I can't even imagine... You'll have to tell us all about em !

What beauties! Are your geckos active during the day? I've always thought they were so cute, but thought that they were nocturnal and no fun during the day.

Lizgirl- they are occasionally active during the day but for the most part they are the laziest lizards you have ever seen!

I love the leapord geckos....they are soo cute! they have some at pet smart but they look more blue....do they maybe grow out of that color as they get older or bigger cuz the ones they have are really small.

Yeah the ones they get at 'Petsmart' are very small, infact they are probably just old enough to have shed once. Anyway the Blue color that ou mentioned is called lilac on Leopards and the coloring will change it always does. When they are little they are black and yallow striped on the body and black and white on the tail
than as they start getting older the become more spotted. Ernie and Gidget have alot of lilac on them but it's hard to see in the pics, but it's concentrated mainly between their eyes.

Here is Emma, she is alot darker than Gidget in person but it's impossible to see in the pics. Also notice the Tangerine on her tail it almost looks pink on her tail but it is bright tangerine orange!! She going to be gorgeous!
