I have no clue why she was upside down. I was checking on them, couldn't find Tiny, saw her tail and thought she was dead but no she was just upside down.

You need to watch tiny very closely, Lizards can't breathe upside down. They shouldn't ever be like that. Just make sure she didn't fall or something.
Lots of people think if you hold an iguana upside down it calms them down and they fall asleep, but really they pass out for lack of air.
She is really really cute! I hope she keeps her tail for a while, its cute.
