i recently bought a leo ( about a month or so ago) and im guessing by her length, maybe just shy of 6 inches nose to tail that she is maybe 4-6 months old. she has shed a few times and the most recent time i noticed a very, and i mean very small white tip at each of her toes. do they have toenails? or do i need to soak her in some warm water to loosen up the skin if that is what it is. any ideas?

Sometimes when a leo sheds, you MAY need to help them abit. They sometimes get skin caught in their toes and my female even gets some stuck on the tip of her nose sometimes.Just soak your leo in warm water. Not too warm, but not cold.It loosens the skin.Apparently leos can lose toes if skin gets caught up in them.

ya that is what i have been reading but im talking about at the very extreme end of her toe, not the toe itself. i have a feeling that it is just her toenails growing in. i saw a picture of an older gecko and it had toenails so maybe thats it?
