What kind of lizard is this? - Paw Talk

I catch these in Central Oregon on the back they are brownish grey with reletivly pointed scales. The belly however is very smooth and white with two bright blue streaks from front leg to back leg.

Hmmm if any it would be the first one but they are more greyish and don't have the striped look on the back.
