what lizard is this..


i took this picture last summer... it looks like a gecko..
first time i saw this one.. pretty large and scary..

and the odd couple- 2 tetras that never separate

That is a tokay gecko i think. Tokays is very large for a gecko but they have amazing colours. some people have them as pets but they are sometimes very agressive and i think harder than most geckos to keep.

Tokay Gecko! They're mean sometimes, so be careful. A safe saying I've learned is that "If it climbs glass, it'll bite your a**".
