It's sad he isn't walked and loved-on on a regular basis, but he does look to be in decent shape...at least they aren't starving him!

LOL mandie! no, i don't think they know.

he's in very good shape and all that. they feed him and he does go inside a lot, but he just never leaves that yard and house.
