Hey, can I get yalls opinion on something? I got General from a lady who said he was half lab, which I believe cause I saw his momma and she was definitely a lab. But, the lady didn't know what kind of dog the daddy was. Can anyone see any other breed types in him besides lab? I've always kinda wondered. He's very good at retrieving, so I know he's definitely got the lab in him. Its hard to tell specific breed characteristics in mutts, but hes a big guy, usually topping 100lbs. Roscoe is his nephew. His momma was Generals sister and she had kinda longish fur like Roscoes and she was pretty small and skinny. We don't know who Roscoes daddy is either. (People who don't get their pets fixed and let them roam free....sheesh.) But, I have an idea that he was of shepherd breed decent cause Roscoe "herds" General and us too sometimes. Just wonderin what yall think.
