Well had to take Koda into town on Sat., didn't go so good. He drooled so bad, then the vomit came.....then the clean-up. I hope that it will get better. The vet wants to give him a tranquilizer, but I'm not so sure. I think I will just give it time.

Just keep working with him. I would strongly recommended against a trainquilizer, though.

Seamus was 9 months or so before he got a little better. He'll be a year old next month and he still isn't GREAT, but he's better. So, just give it time and some patience.

Well we start puppy classes on Monday, and thats about a 45min drive away from home, so he will have lots of time to get used to the van. LOL

I don't want to have to give him meds, so we will do it the old fashion way.

Which is bring a whole roll of super-absorbent paper towels with you. And moist baby wipes. They are travelling necessities for us!

Hi this little treatment has worked for me. Try taking household ground ginger lick a teaspoon and dip it the ginger open his mouth and wipe it on his tongue.
It doesn't really taste good, but the ginger settles their tummy's.
Hope it helps. It is also a remedy for humans. They make a ginger capsule. That might be easier on a larger dog.
