Anyone interested in a corgi? - Paw Talk

A long story to how she got her, but a corgi ended up on my doorstep and well obviously I couldn't leave her there. I know she had been missing from her home for over a week because the weekend before some other people brought her by looking for her home. So she showed up on my doorstep a week ago and I have not found her owners. She is not micro chipped and she didn't have a collar.

She is absolutely adorable and sooo sweet, but I can't keep her as I don't have my own place and I already have Zoe and I can't really afford another dog right now. I am supposed to go home to my parents for a few weeks before my summer school starts but I can't go until I find Corgi a home. She is probably about 4-5 and the lady at the vet's thinks she may have been spayed. She is sooo sweet and just wants to be petted. She is also potty trained.I cannot take her to a shelter because she cannot live in a cage. She would make somebody a really great pet. We think she may have been abused some because she is a little fearful sometimes, but she is just soo sweet. She also will not touch dry dog food. I tried mixing some with wet, and she ate around it.

If anyone wants to give her a good home, or knows of someone who does, please, please let me know. She really, really needs a good home.

Also even if people are out of Texas, I am willing to do what I can as long as I know she will be going to a good home.

we really do like this dog i so much fell in love with it when i saw the picture and read your thread but the thing is how would we be able to get it awww so cute i really want this dog i have a chihuahua we almost ran over last year and she is my best friend and she does get along with other dogs as long as i still give her attention but this is mind botteling on how we could get it being we are all the way in st.louis missouri

I don't know that St. Louis would be an option that is further away, I'm sorry. But if someone was close such as Colorado, or Oklahoma or something it would be possible.

I FOUND HER A HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My fiance's sister wants her! They live in Oklahoma so we will take her over there soon hopefully.

I'm so glad you found her a home, because I live in Louisiana, so not too far, and I was about to get myself in big trouble with Lucas by asking him if we could take her. She's a one ear just like my Einsy, and she is oh so cute.

Oh I just love her ears! I am so glad you found her a home. Corgi's are great dogs. My cousin had one growing up. He was the coolest little guy ever. She reminds me of him.
And I am glad she is staying in the family. You can give us updates on her.
