That is horrible! I think the old owners should deal with being in a bag on the side of the road for one day and just see how they feel! Let alone if someone left them there to DIE!

OMG thats a sad story, poor little Tilly! I hope that her last days are happy ones. The previous owners should be made to pay for costs and banned from keeping pets again..

At least she was rescued from the roadside and now will have a warm place to call home during her last days on this Earth.
