I would say Indy is the more dominant dog.
i do not know Olles background but i know he is scared.
he has been coming to me lately for cuddles and when I have removed indy from the equation he has been a lot calmer is this bad

In my opinion yes, as to him when you remove Indy from the equation its like he's getting his own way and he is staying higher in the pecking order. I think theres a hint of jealousy between Olle and Indy. Was Olle ok before you got Indy? Did his problems arise since you got Indy or have they gotten worse?

We got them at the same time...
If I call Olle over then Indy jumps on me and he is a lot bigger than Olle so Olle gets squashed and shoved out and then he starts growling and Indy thinks he is playing so he starts play fighting and Olle snaps at him.
So I thought if I can give Olle attention without Indy being there he wont feel so bad

Dogs are like humans they can get jealous over whose getting more attention from who and I think the aggression is all about who is going to be top dog at the end of the day. They are fighting for your attention, Indy is pushing Olle out saying look i'm top dog here, i'm more important than you and Olle is reacting the way he is saying no your not i am, Indy is still a baby at the moment and its all a game to him and probably see's Olle's aggression as a big game too but as he gets older it could get more serious and escalate into a proper fight. I think you need to step in now before its too late
