Blue Lacy question

I am considering getting a dog, and I have looked at several breeds, and I am looking for one to do chores with me at my barn. I looked into the blue lacy and I've tried to research information about it, and I've been getting the same thing. Just wondering if anyone had any feedback on this breed....

All I know is that they are the Texas state dog. I've heard they are really good dogs, especially if they are brought up right. I've always wanted one, but I've heard they can be hard to get your hands on. Good luck!

They're definetly beautiful dogs, and hard to find, although I have come across some breeders on the internet.

They're friendly dogs, great workers and great with kids but they are sensitive to yelling. They are entergetic and dedicated as well.

Perfect dog for following at your heels for barn chores. Keep in mind they are hunters though...

Try and find some breeders,it may be a little hard,as they are not a common breed.Talk with the breeders and ask lots of questions and if possible, visit with them.

Good luck!
