Boxers are great dogs, I have two of them. Brindle can be a variety of colors, from light fawn w/stripes, dark fawn w/ stripes, there is even one called reverse brindle that look can look black, where the black stripes are more dominant than the brown, and makes the dog look black. Boxers dont come in black, some people breed them and mutate the genes causing black, but its not recommended to breed like that. Here is a picture of a fawn:

As you can see there are tons of varieties of brindle.
For your weight question, like CTchin said, it depends on the parents, and whether the dog is male or female. We have a male and a female, Harlie our female, weighs about 55 lbs., Max our male weighs 85 lbs. Its quite a weight difference.
And also like CTchin said, Boxers need a lot of rigid training, and I know from experience. If they dont learn from the beginning that you are the boss or the "alpha" by
obedience training they may become very overwhelming. So if you do get this pup, it would be wise to start training right away. Even if at first its only five or ten minutes a day, teaching to sit or lay down, it will help create that bond that you need to be the boss. If you stick with the training, a boxer will be a wonderful dog and companion. They are also very energetic dogs and need a good deal of exercise. Its also recommended to crate train Boxers because they tend to be chewers. Not every Boxer is, but most are. Our Harlie chews everything...eats blankets, pillows, even her toys, she chews them up and tries to eat them, you really have to keep an eye on her because if she would swallow some things, it could cause a blockage in her intestines, which could lead to very expensive surgery, or even death. So we really need to watch her, Max on the other hand, isnt a chewer at all.
Crate training is just a great thing for you and your dog, because when you cant watch your dog, you know that he is safe in his crate, and so is your furniture and belongings you dont want to get chewed up.
But basically, Boxers are wonderful dogs, great loves, and I would do anything for the two I have. The woman seems like she is giving you a huge deal with giving you the pup for free, and also paying for the shots and fixing. That is great that she is doing that for you, and shows she really must care for the dogs. I hope if you get the pup that you have a great life with him! They are just awesome pets.
