Dog Show

After the parade the Purina Dog Show just came on! Anyone watching? I have to get ready to go to my Mom's but so far it looks cool. Does anyyone know why they wrap up the springers ears? is it to make their ear hair curly, or am I just crazy?

Not watching, but will be now.

I believe they wrap the ears to keep the hair from getting tangled before the show.

saw the 1st two classes. (terriers and herders) then i left. anybody see who got best in show?

Of course the stupid fancy poople won yet again (I think- at least that is what I heard.

At least it was a standard poodle this time - I have a problem with all the little fancy smancy dogs always winning. For once I would like to see a great dane or irish wolfhound or a mastiff win!

I am totally in agreement with you Dena. ROFL at your three choices though... my hubby wants a Mastiff or a Irish Wolfhound as our next dog. I want a Great Dane.
