I think he's here to stay, he's doing wonderful. He's supposed to be protective of his food with other dogs, yet him and Lucky shared a dish tonight with no problems. I honestly don't know how he was a problem for all the previous adopters.

We were going to do visits here and there until he was adjusted here, but I think he's adjusted himself just fine! lol.

Crittercall is on a distinguished road
Cool

That's great!! All three of my dogs eat out of separate bowls, in three separate areas of the living/dining room - but if I don't watch them they are "cheating" and trying to steal food from one of their sisters! I think being on the diet food may have a little bit to do with that. I'm hoping this cold spell will kill all the fleas and will be able to take them off of steroids, which make them even moe hungry and thirsty.

I had a great lunch at a new (to us) place today and am getting ready to scarf down my nightly Little Debbie Brownie for dinner as I rest comfortably in my bed with every quilt I can find piled on top of my. Blood thinners + cold weather = COLD!!

I'm very happy for you that you have found a new baby and cuddle buddie. Sometimes it just takes the right match for the problems that others were having to go away. I look forward to hearing more about him.

Thumbs up

That 's just great to hear that Sparky's doing so well! I would love to get another dog but hubby just isn't willing so although I can sneak in a pigger now and then the dog is such a huge member of the family that he has to agree or it just wouldn't be fair to the dog.

Erin,

I think Sparky is the perfect dog... and now he's in the perfect home! I do believe fate intervened. I don't blame him one bit for not enjoying to constant company of a child He just wants a nice warm friend to snuggle with!! I'm glad he and Lucky are getting along so well too.

So tell me... what is it with you and black-haired boys named Sparky?
