Feeling Goofy! I Miss Max!

Max had a great day out in the field today up in Canada. He made some good retrieves and he's learning all about what he was bred to do!

I'm just sitting here realizing how quiet my house is... Jack is kind of moping around. I think he misses Max!

So... I thought I would post a silly picture to amuse myself

They should be home sometime tonight. I got a staticky call from a truck stop somewhere in Ohio - Max was making friends with a little girl who saw him and asked if she could pet him

Jim only had one complaint- "We've GOT to get him to stop whining in that crate!!"

I can sure dish out the advice, huh? But look what I created! A velcro dog that whines and sobs like a total baby when you crate him and walk away

OK - so I need to work on that When I crate him and leave the house I don't hear him whining!! He goes into his crate to nap and to sleep all night, no problems....
Oh well...

I told Jack that Max was coming home - he's very happy
Dante is happy too- but I'll post about him in the bird section.
