Funny Dog story!

The other day I was folding laundry and watching tv in my bedroom and my husband and my dane both happened to have wondered in there! My husband started working at his desk and I thought he looked sooooo cute standing there cleaning out his desk! So I said "I love You" and he never answered me! So I just stared at him until he looked up. He said "What did you say something to me?" I said "YESSS! I said I love you!" he grinned and said "Oh, I thought you were telling Hemi!"

This may be a location joke! But I thought it was pretty funny! Has this or something similar ever happened to any of you?

It's usually kind of the opposite around here. I'll say something, Bubba says "HUH?" and I answer with "I was talking to (one of the animals)." What really confuses Bubba is when the bird uses my voice to talk to him!

It happens all the time here. My husband uses it as an excuse so he DOESN"T have to listen. LOLOLOLOL I will be saying something that there is NO WAY I could be talking to an animal about...and he thinks I am!!!(I didn't marry him because he was the smartest critter, LOL)
