good news + bad news - Paw Talk

Im so excited, the bad news is that one of my sisters' friend's pet dog has delivered a couple of healthy doggies (though a cross-breed between a basset hound (is this spelling correct?) and a golden retriever ( the smaller one is the mother)) and the good news is that her friend is going to give us the puppy... yay! Liz (my pet iguana) is going to have a new sister... yahoo... cant wait... and by the end of the month, im going to be a proud father of a healthy dalmatian girl puppy

yes, il be getting 2 dogs...

about the unnamed turtles well, i bought them when still a kid so i guess i didnt care that much about giving them names though now they're still alive and nameless, we call them "pagong" (philippine word for turtles)... the problem with having a family with a tendency to give out worst pet names...

Bassatt Hound and Retriever cross now thats a mix, i can't imagine what its going to look like but i imagine very cute, you must post some pics if you can when you get her and the dalmation too off course

Wow, what a cross. Like purplebunny said, I can't imagine how they'll look! But who cares, right? They're gonna be your new babies! Congrats and I look forward to seeing pics of them!

my sister have seen the puppy and actually my family's also excited in seeing the bassatt hound + retriever crossbreed, and probably early next month we could already take her in. and yes, id love to post some of her pics here

We had one in the shelter once. He had a golden retriever head and body on the legs of a basset hound. We didn't even know about the basset hound until we found the owners. That and the fact that the dogs was solid black. It looked like a dwarf golden retriever that happened to be black. Okay so that was hard to explain.

I've seen some weird crosses but they are the cutest dogs. Congrats on your new additions!
