This beautiful guy is going to the pound Friday is nobody takes him...eeek...well, he's a total sweetie loves kids, cats, people, and other dogs. He's a Labrador/German Shepherd, big and pretty, doesn't shed too much but not a dog for a person with too many allergies against dogs. He is potty trained, walks great on a leash, can run loose and comes quickly to his name "Steel". He loves to play and run around. The owners are moving and they no longer want Steel, he barks, but this can be easily fixed with a little bit of exercise. He lives in the city and a tiny yard, and he doesn't get much exercise except for a walk. He would be GREAT with a giant yard and someone who will walk him all the time and kids who will throw the ball for him. He needs the country life!

awe, hes really cute, poor puppy.. why is it when people move they suddenly decide they dont want there pets anymore.. its sad... you should kick them..

nah...well we dont know all the circumstances....i just hope Steel is able to find a home where he has more room to run around and can get the attention he has missed.

He is gorgeous! I hope that he can find a loving home real soon.It's friday,but won't the shelter find him a home? Or at least try?

I posted him on tons of public forums, Adopt sites, Petfinder,etc. He is not gone yet (phhhewww...thank you lord...), and I am really happy about that, I want him to have a great home BUT I don't want him in a pen at a shelter...I'd much rather have him wait for a home rather then staying in a stinky pen listening to anxious dogs...
