Well everyone is showing off their pups...so I thought I would post a few more of Harlie and the Bub!
Here are a couple...In the pic where Hars ears are back, it really shows that she has Pit in her...dont you think?? (Boxer my butt you stinken pet store!! ) Anyways...I love her anyways...I always wanted a Pit too Well Harlie went to the vet on friday and she weighs in at 50lbs exactly now...and Max...the fatty, he weighs 68lbs already!! He isnt even a year old until May!!! I think we got a sumo wrestler on our hands! Enjoy!

Very cute! Love seeing doggy pics. The one with the darker colors on his face would make me turn and walk slowly the other way of how intimidated I'd be if I saw it loose on the street! LOL. They are both beautiful though!

Its funny that you say that because Bubba (the one with the black mask) would lick ya to death, Harlie on the other hand, would bark and be a little timid until she knew you were safe They are both complete loves though.

Becki-the day you posted pics of Scrappy, I printed on off, and Josh was amazed at how much they look alike! Its weird...are they long lost sisters?
And Brandy, when we bought Harlie, we were uninformed dingbats that bought from a petstore...she was advertised as a Boxer, which is what we wanted, but as she grew, she didnt look much like a Boxer, to us she looks like a PitXBoxer. Which is fine. We love her to death anyways. I have always loved the Pits look, but I didnt really want to buy one, because in Toledo, the dog warden here absolutley hates Pits, and tries to get something on everyone that has them...which is sad, but true...so I didnt really want to have one, because I didnt want to worry about ever having to deal with that man, but when we realized Har had something in her...possibly Pit, we were sooo attatched anyways that it didnt matter. I dont think we would have ever gotten rid of her, because even the day after we got her and took her to the vet, we were afraid she would have a heart murmur, and we told eachother if she had one, we would have to take her back to the pet store...well we both knew we wouldnt be able to do it anyways even if she had had a heart murmur...lol...she is a great dog...I just need to socialize her more so that she is alright with everyone.
And Jackie...when Har was a pup, the vet estimated 50lbs for her, and was right on. With Max, we never asked for an estimated weight, because his mom was 50lbs and his dad was 90lbs!! So we figured he would be a tank! I just didnt think he would get this big so fast. But I love it...I wanted a Great Dane or Bull Mastiff or else an English Mastiff, and Josh wouldnt let me because he thought they were too big...lol...I still got my big dog!! I still might get my Great Dane someday...and my Mastiffs!! If I had more money and a bigger house, I would for sure have them already! Ok Im crazy...but its alright, at least I know it.

Yeah, us too...especially with her shyness...I think its mainly her trying to be protective, but I know she is scared, because her little nubbin is always tucked under. Poor baby...but we are working with her on it, a few months ago, she would growl and just freak out when new people came over, now she is doing a lot better, and just kinda sits back and watches for a few minutes, then when she feels comfortable, she will hop up on ya and attack ya with the licks too. She is a great dog, really smart. We are really glad we have her. I do like that she is sort of protective though, since Josh works nites though, at least then if someone would try to break in, maybe they would think twice about that barking dog in the window.
