hoarse dog?
We moved Frank and Belle's kennels up to their own bedroom Sunday night to make room for the new dining room set.
Frank barked a bit on Sunday night but settled down. My husband said that after I left for work Monday he was barking pretty badly. My husband settled him down before he left for work but Frank must have been barking while we were gone because now his bark sounds hoarse. I laughed at first because it sounds so funny. Now I am a little worried that he may have done some damage. Has anyone had this happen with their dog? How long did it take before the bark returned to normal? Even if he has done damage is there anything to do about it?
I hate to say it but this hoarse bark is so much better than his normal high pitched squeaky bark.
Oh and he does not seem to have a sore throat. He is eating just fine and still barking his normal amount.
