How Does The Wind Chill Factor Affect Your Pet?

Hypothermia can occur in temperatures that you may not even think of as dangerous, such as above 40 F, especially if a pet is wet.

Your thermometer may show one temperature, but your body tells you it's much colder. That's the wind chill factor at work.

Good Info Sassy! Thanks!

My German Shepard can stay out longer than my little YorkiePoo - I put a sweater on her and don't let her stay out more than 10 or 15 mins.
