How to encourage a dog to eat?

Recently, my dog lost her appetite. She had survived distemper but that was like 6 months ago. It was really a headache during meal time because she hardly eat a piece of her meal. Before she had distemper, she has a really low appetite in eating. And then after she had survived it, it just became worst.

Is there any ways of encouraging her to eat? Because I honestly tried every food suggestions I get on the internet, but nothing has changed.

Hi autumn

If your dog is not eating enough you really should let the vet look at her. What kind of dog food do you give her?

Before she got sick, I fed her chicken-flavored dog food. But after she survived (hopefully she'll continue to be better) distemper, I switch to Ultra. I am experimenting on recipes I found on the internet. I hope it works.
