I found two dogs - Pit Bull mix & Labrador (pictures)

I was riding my bike and Georgia was running behind me and I saw a brindle pit bull mix and a labrador running down the road. The road for some reason was busy today, and I was worried. The black lab ran right up to me and licked my hand, luckily I took along a leash *just in case* and it came in handy. The pittie wouldn't let me anywhere near him but I got the leash on the lab, who willingly let me put it on him, and the pittie, obviously very attached to the other dog, followed. I got a hot dog and coaxed the pittie onto the porch, and then locked the porch gate. I let the lab and Georgia play in the yard and earned the pittie's trust really quickly.

Now the pittie is licking me all over and jumping all over me. The lab is really friendly as well.

they are cute doggies! Are you going to post that you found them? Do they have collars? info? Wonder if they have a chip (the info ones) that the owner put in them???

I did call and tell them I had two dogs; a male black labrador with a white chest and a red color, and an intact brindle pit bull mix. They said they could not give out information over the phone and they would need to pick the dogs up. They said they knew the owners and where they lived, and just took them. The black one was the only one with a color, the intact pittie didn't have any collar or tatoo whatsoever.

But I'm glad I found them, I love finding dogs around the neighborhood, taking pictures (I take pictures of each and every one) and then reuniting them with their owners.

It's fun

I'm glad their safe at home as well, they were both fairly healthy dogs and I'm so glad to be known as what I am known as in my neighborhood It's a great 'job'
