I have WONDERFUL news *jumps up and down*

Colleen's skin scraping today came up clear! Dr. Lee did not find even one single mite!

As per the recommendation of the dermotologist that Dr. Lee spoke with, Colleen will have three more dips, just to err on the side of caution. After that, he will do a skin scraping in three different spots. If all three come up clear, then Colleen will get the all clear and be considered cured!

Dr. Lee feels that because she's responded so well, so quickly, the WORST case scenerio would be that the treatment turns out to be 98% successful meaning that it killed enough mites to keep her mange free for 2 or 3 years, and then she might need a month a dips to keep her clear for another 2-3 years. To him, that's worst case. He's feeling very positive about her outlook, and I'm just so excited.
