Cool

i must really love my animals.....

to explain: ki-adi ended up having kennel cough, so all the dogs (except josie) are sick. so anyways - penny, who is usually very rambunctious, has been kinda laid back lately. i know she isn't feeling well and she's been really stuffed up (in her nose). well, she gets these snorting fits and so last night i tried to use the turkey baseter like you would use that thing they have for babies. well, the baseter is too big. so tonight she had another fit and then i didn't see her. she was in the laundry room sleeping in the middle of the floor, totally odd for her. so i picked her up and she started snorting really bad again. so you know what i did? i literally sucked the snot out of her nose. with my mouth. i just didn't know what else to do! it's not like i can put a tissue to her nose and say, "blow." i've also been picking ki-adi's dried-up boogers off his nose.

is this why i'm still single?

That so sucks Jane, I'm sorry everyone ended up sick. Poor babies.

Yeah, you really love your animals. It'll take a special man to understand that bond.

I hope you used a strong mouth wash afterwards! Listerine for Jane!

Someone needs to invent a nose vaccum for small dogs.

Anyways, I bet Penny is so happy and thankful she has such a loving mommy.

actually, i just went back to watching tv. i always give her kisses on the mouth and that stuff just doesn't really bother me.

yes - we need doggy vacuums for their noses!!

and thanks. i do love her very much (even though she is a total princess! ugh!).

Ariel yep you do, and I've done it. But it's not sucking boogers out! It's breathing in, completely different!

I would do that for my pets if need be. I guess I'm a nutcase too LOL. On a more serious note, if it continues, go to the store and get a baby sucker thing. That's the technical term, right? LMAO. Anyways, it's a lot smaller than a turkey baster, and actually made specifically for sucking out boogers. Hope they all get better soon.
